These terms govern your use of notesandtests.com ("this site"), operated by Matheus Cataneo, an individual based in Balneário Rincão, Santa Catarina, Brazil. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

1. Editorial nature of the content

This site publishes opinion and commentary about consumer products. Content is provided for general information only. We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, and we cannot guarantee that every specification, price, subscription term, warranty period, or return window stated here is current or complete. Manufacturers change these without notice and they differ by region and promotion.

Verify anything that matters to your purchase on the merchant's own site before you order. Where we could not confirm a figure, we say so rather than estimate it.

2. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, health, legal, or financial advice. Where a review covers a health or wellness product, that device records and reports measurements: it is a consumer product, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified clinician before making decisions about your health, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read here.

3. Affiliate relationships

Reviews on this site carry affiliate links to the seller's own store. An affiliate link is a normal link with a tracking identifier attached: if you buy within the merchant's attribution window, we are credited a commission on that order. The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or type the address yourself.

Every affiliate link is labelled next to the link itself, and the arrangement is set out in full in our affiliate disclosure. A commission does not buy a favorable conclusion, a higher score, or the removal of a criticism. Where a product is not worth buying, the review says so and we earn nothing.

4. We do not sell anything

It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any of those companies, and no such relationship should be inferred from any mention here.

6. Our intellectual property

The text, layout, stylesheet, and original graphics on this site are our copyrighted work, © 2026 Notes and Tests. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, scrape the site systematically, or use its content to train commercial machine learning models without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of the operator's domicile in Santa Catarina, Brazil, have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your own country or state of residence, which apply regardless of this clause.
